Hi @danielaramirez-1969 , great question!
If you're referring to the camera's monthly data usage cycle, it begins on the 1st of each month. The usage counter therefore resets at the start of the new calendar month, rather than at the end of the previous month.
If you mean video events or recordings, those are uploaded as the camera connects and are not updated on a monthly schedule.

Data plans for Surfsight cameras through Geotab's ********* program have no fixed-term contracts and operate on a month-to-month basis. The kit includes a SIM card with a 1G or 2G data access plan, depending on the package.
