When I download videos from the platform, they come without audio.

As far as I know, and based on my experience downloading videos, Go Focus videos currently don't have audio. Although when you download a video, it downloads a folder with audio files, you can't hear them.
I think Geotab is currently working on this. I don't know if @EishiFUN can confirm this.

@danielaramirez-1969 is correct they come in two separate files. In the future we plan to implement a way to choose if you want them seperated or not. I do not have a timeline on when this will happen though.

Currently, GO Focus videos are downloaded in two separate files (one for video and one for audio). Geotab plans to implement an option in the future to choose whether you want the files separate or combined, although there's no set date for this update yet.
