When driving abroad on the opposite side of the road, the camera thinks the passenger is the driver and keeps setting alerts off. Is there a way so the camera will be fixed for a RHD vehicle?

Hey @GCova-8215 I could not find any known issue or any good troubleshooting for you to do in this situation. I apologize for this inconvenience. I think it is best to make a ticket with support to look into this a little more to get to the bottom of it. I can make a ticket for you if you would like.
Hello @GCova-8215 ,
Thank you for asking your question in our community. Currently, this is a known limitation of the Driver-Facing camera. The camera will always identify the person in the left-hand seat as the driver.
We are looking into a solution for our RHD vehicles in a future release, but there is no timeline for this yet.
Thank you for your understanding while we work towards a solution on this. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We are here to help.
Have a great day!

HI Eishi
Thanks for your reply but it does recognize the driver in the right hand seat when driving in the UK and Ireland. Its only when we go to Europe that it thinks the driver is in the left hand seat even though its a RHD vehicle.
Hi
Its the Go Focus Plus
I did some ore research on this and found that we actually have 2 different SKUs one for RHD vehicles and LHD vehicles. If the GO Focus Plus that is meant for the right hand drive market is moved to a left hand drive vehicle, it will auto calibrate and recognize the driver on the left side if there is no passenger sitting in the passenger seat.
I believe in the case mentioned here, the RHD GO Focus Plus was installed in a LHD vehicle with passengers present.
Its a RHD vehicle. Works fine in UK but flips when in europe.
