Happy to help you out! According to the Harness Cheat Sheet, Mercedes Benz Sprinters from 2019+ should use the OBDII port if available and a HRN-GS16K22-A in the OBD port. If not available, there is a PSM connection option but it doesn't provide the fault data or EV data and is a more complicated install.
That being said, when I looked up your specific VIN in our Harness Lookup Tool it didn't show up, so you can also leverage this template and email vincheck@geotab.com to be 100% sure before making any purchases.
