Unit numbers showing as restricted in Geotab Drive App

About a week our lease operators were all of a sudden unable to see their fleet's unit numbers in their app. Every until number says "restricted" any ideas why this happened and how we can fix it?

I had the same issue last week and my reseller confirmed its a bug. Apparently there was an update and in your user clearances you need to enable the following permissions in order to see the unit numbers again. Hopefully geotab is working on a fix because these permissions are more than what i want some users to see.

Wow that was quick, thank you so much! I wish I knew what those permissions would do, I definitely don't want them to see information for any other units other than their own.

those permissions list all assets and drivers in your database and allows your users to see them. If you don't want them to see that information I would just wait for geotab to fix the bug.
