Thank you for asking your question in our community. I dont know of any known issues like this at the moment. I do see this happen sometimes when the driver is logged into the incorrect vehicle. Sometimes the name of the vehicle is similar to theirs and they select it on accident or just grab the wrong vehicle for one reason or another. I would double check it is the vehicle you are looking at when you see it stopped in trips history.

Other that that is it kind of hard for us to determine the cause without looking into your database and your best bet may be reaching out to support or your reseller so they they can look into your database and see wya is going on here.
