Hey guys,  I know there used to be an 'Authority Switcher' for driver's to switch their DOT/Authority info inside the Geotab Drive App but I believe it has been deprecated. Does anyone have a good workflow for driver's with multiple DOTs? Thanks!

Is anyone experiencing HOS logs not automatically updating? Example, driver stops to unload and HOS stays as "Driving."  Stop is recorded in trip history but not HOS log.

I've noticed a driver or 2 using PC beyond their limit and they are not going into violation?  Our PC is set to 30 miles, but one driver in particular ran 100 miles PC yesterday. FIrst it shouldn't let him go beyond the 30 miles; he should go in violation.  He is noting in his notes "Yard Move" which is a total lie.  There have been other instances with different drivers.  I have reached out to Support but I thought I'd see if anyone knows how this is occurring.  I don't  like it!Thanks! 069Pd00000vblaIIAQ.png


Drivers using more PC than allowed and not going into violation

I was on the correct ruleset with split sleeper and logged with SB. This option seems useless unless user error is there. I took a 4 hour break logged as SB on a with split sleeper ruleset. The workday clock kept ticking and I ended up having to stop early due to risking a violation. What is a way to resolve this issue?

Why does Geotab Drive not pause the workday clock if I use split sleeper and go into SB for a larger than 2 but less than 8 hour break.

When a driver "skips" Unidentified Driving is there a way for them to go back and assign to themselves without removing the vehicle and re adding?How many times will it ask a driver if it is their driving? Is it unlimited until it is assigned?

Changes requested. 1) I don't understand why your app doesn't display the time? (including seconds) I would like it to be visible when the vehicle is moving and also when the vehicle is not moving. Not in fine print please. 2) I would like the "Driver Challenge" events to be visible in the list under the activity report graph (HOS), in order to know the precise time of the event. 3) I would like the application to be faster and stop waiting for a response that comes from the WEB. There are several places in the app where it seems to be waiting for a response that doesn't come and causes the app to freeze for several seconds. THANKS
