Trip report not showing all my trucks in MyGeotab

I've noticed a driver or 2 using PC beyond their limit and they are not going into violation?  Our PC is set to 30 miles, but one driver in particular ran 100 miles PC yesterday. FIrst it shouldn't let him go beyond the 30 miles; he should go in violation.  He is noting in his notes "Yard Move" which is a total lie.  There have been other instances with different drivers.  I have reached out to Support but I thought I'd see if anyone knows how this is occurring.  I don't  like it!Thanks! 069Pd00000vblaIIAQ.png

Is there a MyGeotab report that will calculate a drivers drive and on duty time daily, weekly, monthly?

I was running a daily trip history report which I have set up to run via email daily from trips. Its an older template which I see had location for the field. Now there is a origin and destination field in place of the location field?? I have reconfigured the report based on the newer data fields and all my trucks are there. Wish I had the location option back but I am making this work. Thanks!!!

I discovered when running a duty status report that all of my truck are not listed when I run my daily trip report. I have tried running it both in the old version of trips and the new version.

Apparently The 30-mile PC limit in MyGeotab is a configurable warning threshold, but it does not automatically generate HOS violations. This is because FMCSA regulations do not specify a specific mileage limit for Personal Conveyance - the 30-mile guideline is a best practice recommendation. So a driver can run as long as he wants on PC apparently. My only option is to remove their PC so they can't use it at all.

Hi CIndy! Yes I made my own report and it works great on a daily basis but I need it to total every week and month also but I'm not a pro with the pivot table???

Genevieve thanks for reaching out. I can get the data from the HOS logs, filtering D time and on duty time but once its in the pivot table I need help totaling the times, grouping by date, etc etc. 😳 The time card report doesn't correct reflect the on duty time, only the idle time which is close but not exact to the on duty time
