The info would have to come into the servers first then process against the rule to send the driver notification (beeping) as set up in the notification section of the rule itself. Between inbound, processing and relay back it could be a minute or two after the actual event, since the rules doesn't "reside" on the device like the driver feedback.

Anywhere in the DVIR or mobile app that can be captured outside of manually on the DVIR list? Can they write to that, say after DVIR is complete or even prior to the driver certifying? Do you perhaps know if LoadMaxx is doing it via your first part of the answer, the client checked out LoadMaxx and they were quite pricey, as they really don't need load weight consistently or shown to the driver just at departure from their depot to their stores.
