Messaging in MyGeotab

Messages help you communicate with your drivers and assets from MyGeotab.

The GO device works with the MyGeotab and Geotab Drive to allow seamless two-way text message communication between the web and the driver. Messages sent to drivers display as alerts and can be answered using single tap responses or text messages to accept new jobs and tasks.

You can access your messages by clicking the Messages icon in the top menu of any page.

To learn more about messaging in Geotab Drive, see the Messaging in Geotab Drive help article.
