Asset Utilization

The Asset Utilization page gives you a clear, consolidated view of how your vehicles and equipment are being used.

The Asset Utilization page shows you a clear overview of how your assets are being used. Key metrics, such as days used, hours used, and distance traveled, are displayed on a graph at the top of the page to help visualize asset usage trends over time. Information about individual asset usage is displayed in the table below the trend graph.

You can use the Asset Utilization page to:
  • Identify your most and least used assets: Sorting the asset list on the page by days used, distance driven, or hours used lets you see which assets are being used consistently and which are sitting idle.

  • Compare utilization across groups: You can sort your data by fleet groups to quickly surface which groups are most or least used in your fleet. This can help you identify areas of improvement or efficiency by redistributing or eliminating assets.

  • Track asset use trends over time: You can use the date filter to look at the same asset use patterns over different time periods to track improvements to your asset usage.

  • Compare individual assets on the trend chart: You can select individual assets to add them to the trend chart to compare utilization between vehicles.

  • Compare group usage on the trend chart: You can select groups from your fleet to add them to the trend chart to compare utilization between segments of your fleet.
