Trips History

The Trips History feature offers a full overview of where your fleet has been.

The Trips History feature allows you to access real-time locations of your fleet and a history of where each asset has been. The page automatically displays the five most recent trips (in progress or complete) in your fleet.

You can filter your data by a number of different categories to pinpoint the activity you want to see:

  • Groups: Shows the trips associated with selected groups in your database.

  • Assets: Shows trips taken by selected individual assets.

  • Drivers: Shows trips taken by selected individual drivers, regardless of the asset they were using.

  • Date range: Shows trips taken within a selected time period.

  • Asset type: Shows trips taken by particular asset types, such as EVs or service vehicles.

  • Rules: Shows trips that triggered the selected rules, such as the speeding rule.

  • Trip categories: Shows trips according to their category, such as Business or Personal.

You can combine filters to further refine your results. For example, you can track speeding by service vehicles in your fleet by combining the asset type and rules filters.

Filtered trips appear on the left side of the page in a list. Each trip shows basic trip details, such as date, asset name, driver name, and start and stop addresses. You can click See details to view more data about the trip, including stopped, idle and driving time, as well as a full list of stops.
