Inspections overview

The Inspections feature allows you to review asset inspections in a single place and create inspections templates.

Note: This article is about the Asset Inspections (Beta) feature. For the current Asset Inspection feature, see the Asset Inspections help article.
Note: To learn how to enable beta features for your database, see the Beta features help article.
The Inspections feature is a submenu within the Compliance menu that offers access to a variety of inspection features:
  • Asset Inspections Overview collects asset inspections for all your vehicles and equipment types in one place for your review.

  • Manage Inspection Templates allows you to create customized templates for asset inspections, tailored toward specific asset types.

  • Maintenance automations that auto-create work requests when defects are reported in your asset inspections.

You can access these features by navigating to Compliance > Inspections in the main menu. Administrators can manage notifications and add new inspections types on the System Settings page.
