GO Focus overview

The GO Focus is an AI-powered, privacy-focused forward-facing dash cam designed to augment the data provided by the GO9 device and provide contextual information about what is happening outside of the driver’s seat.

The GO Focus device connects to the GO device as an IOX to provide additional contextual data from outside the vehicle. With its on-board LTE connection, the GO Focus uploads video during critical events to assist in driver exoneration.

Note: The GO Focus is only compatible with GO9 or newer devices (GO9, GO9B, GO109 Plus).

Safety sensor

The GO Focus actively monitors following distance. Connecting to the GO device as an IOX, it provides additional information into Geotab’s safety solutions. With its on-board LTE connection, it can upload video during critical events to assist in driver exoneration.

Features

  • Continuous measurement of following distance
  • Lane departure warning
  • LTE connectivity for video upload
  • IOX connectivity for enhancing GO device safety data
Note: Lane departure warning is coming later in 2026.
