How is the date that an iox was installed determined?

Hi, I understand that there is a data collision record when an iox connects with the GO device. Can you help me by telling me what that record is called? I want to determine when a specific series of iox first connected.

Hello @Cristian.hdz.Prime24 ,

Thank you for asking your question in our community. I believe this is what you should see: Record Value: 1Reason for the record: External device: IOX-COLD (0. Disconnected)Record Type: EngineStatusRecord

So It will be an engine status record you are looking for saying the IOX is connected.

Let me know if you have any other questions about this. I am happy to help.

Have a good one!

@Cristian.hdz.Prime24 Are you looking for the time that the IOX was physically plugged into the device or when it first connected software side? For example, the IOX-Iridium only actually connects software side when the ignition is turned on, so there can be a significant difference between it being installed, and it actually connecting.

My question is more directed at how I can know which iox aux serial number connected for the first time.

For example, I connect an iox today, but in 5 days I disconnect it and connect another one. I want to determine the serials that were connected.

Still have questions?
