Does anyone know of a way for a driver to report an accident in Geotab other than the DVIR? maybe an add-in to the Geotab drive application? They have collision reconstruction, but looking for a driver tool to have to report to insurance etc.

I have done it in the past by setting up a form on Geotab Drive that allowed drivers to access and submit the report. I have used Google Forms to design the form and add it to Geotab Driver.
