@MGall-1419 you talking about a driver tied to an asset or are they regulated HOS driver?

@MGall-1419 I would not remove them but rather archive as a DOT driver you must keep 6 mos worth of HOS RODS. For a new driver you add them through the side menu People -> User and Drivers -> hit the plus sign top right. When you add them you must check on tab 2 they are a Driver. You leave access the shared information. The add their Drivers License # and state of issuance. On the HOS tan add their rule set. Their home terminal, your DOT # and your authority address. It is fine if the home terminal and authority are the same. However, if they pick up their vehicle or drive their vehicle when they start their day, from a different location. That's what needs to be their home terminal.

As for the new driver, I have mentioned this before. Under the People Menue, i do not have user and drivers. It is only work hours and holidays. Just a note. We are in Canada.

@MGall-1419 I would suggest reaching out to your reseller.
To add a driver in MyGeotab, go to Administration > Users and click Add. Fill in the details, make sure to check Is this user a driver? on the Driver tab, and click Save. To remove one, select them from the Users list and click Delete or Archive.
@Cristian.hdz.Prime24 This user doesn't have the ability in his clearnace to see User & Drivers
