Data retention period for "Last GPS" and "Last Engine" records in MyAdmin

How long does MyAdmin retain the date for a device's last GPS record and last engine record?

I have been reviewing several devices in MyAdmin and noticed that even though some units previously had valid GPS and engine data, after a certain period of time, the field changes to 'No data.'

I am attaching a sample image for reference.

imageI would appreciate it if anyone could clarify the retention logic or why these fields eventually revert to 'No data'.

Thanks for tagging me in @mrosa-1979  sorry for the delay in getting back to this!

@JoelRuiz-1365  I talked to the MyAdmin team and they told me " For those we actually just query the last 24 hours for those records. If there are no records in the last 24 hours we show No Records. So it's not a true "Last" time, more so the last time in the last 24 hours"

I hope this helps!

Hello Joel, after some investigation, I found the following information. Perhaps @EishiFUN  can provide further details regarding this:

  • Viewing Window: MyAdmin typically displays the date of the last GPS or engine record, provided it occurred within the last 30 days.
  • Expiration Behavior: If the device has not transmitted a new GPS log or engine data (such as RPM, odometer, or fuel level) for more than a month, the system stops displaying the previous date, and the field resets to 'No data'.
