There isn't a report that shows trip history along with HOS status; however, if you pull an Advanced HOS Driver Logs report, you can get the GPS coordinates of the log.
To do this, download and open the Excel document, right click the tabs at the bottom and choose the Unhide... option. Select the hidden Data tab and click OK. Columns AA and AB of the Data tab contain the GPS coordinates you are likely looking for.

Thanks Joy, I this report gave me what I needed. After talking with the manager, they weren't as concerned about actual addresses.
