I'm wondering about the MyGeotab Cold Chain Add-In, as I can't find any trace of it in my DB:
Does anyone know if this still exists? If so, how does one access it?

Thank you for asking your question in our community. I assume you had the old add-in before cold chain was built into the compliance section of MyGeotab. This old add-in does not work anymore. If you don't see the cold chain section in MyGeotab we need to turn it on in the back end which can be done via a ticket with support.
