I have the camera settings turned on per below, but my supervisor still does not have the option to download a video recording like the Admins do.

Why has the Remove USER been moved into the Manage user dropdown box, where you unlock a user?  Now, when trying to unlock someone, I keep almost deleting a user. Why have extra steps been added to my daily routine? This does not make sense, and I want to know why it was done. I want to hear from the people who thought this would be a good idea.

Hey community! During a test run of the GO FOCUS PLUS, an "unknown driver" drove the vehicle while I (a registered driver in the database) was in the passenger seat. I enabled two rules for this test:A rule to detect when a registered driver (myself) is identified.A rule to detect when an unregistered driver is identified. After a trip of 3.5 km (about 11 minutes), I am the one who appears as the driver in the Trip History. However, in the Video -&gt; Events section, those events are not associated with my profile at all.To make things more confusing, during previous tests where I was the actual driver, the system flagged me as an "unknown driver," but under Video -&gt; Events, it did associate the events to my profile correctly. Has anyone encountered a similar discrepancy between Trip History and Video Events? Could it be that during the first test, the camera detected me in the passenger seat and mistakenly chose to associate the entire trip with me, even though I wasn't driving?Thanks! Thanks!

Hello. It is possible to use facial recognition in order to associate camera events with drivers. My question is: if that happens (if the camera associates an event with a known driver), should I expect to see driver assignments in other sections of MyGeotab? (outside camera events). Particularly, should I expect to have driver associated with trips?

I've set up individual idling reports by Group that need to be sent to each manager via email on a daily basis. One of the managers has Administrator access and received his with no issue, but the other three who are all Default Users did not receive it. They do not have any Data Access restrictions (their Data Access level is currently "Everything"). Under their user profile, "Receive email reports" is turned on. The audit log states they don't have permission to receive emails, so I'm assuming that means something within their clearance level needs to be updated. I need to be careful about giving them access to things they shouldn't have, but I'm not sure which options I need to toggle on so they can receive these. Does anyone know which toggle(s) allow a user to receive push reports?
