I've recently modified a report template and tried to upload it as a new report but I keep hitting the error message "The report template must be saved using Microsoft Excel".The template is definitely in .xlsx format (I've saved using both MS Excel online and also in Libre Office -&gt; Save as .xlsx) so I'm wondering if there is some way of getting further information into the problem with my template e.g. can you point me at the validator you are using?I've previously has no problems modifying templates and uploading like this so any help would be gratefully received.Many thanks

How to pull up video from a certain date

Hello guys, we are using ignition on/off data from the Advanced Engine Status Report for calculations of engine hours per each day. The column/header support document does state that location data is not available for this type of report. How can we somehow get this data instead of downloading trips report separately. I am trying to work out fuel usage in a specific zone and thought ACE would be the best. Before I start with the zone parameters I want to make sure my methodology is right. I get a different answer from ACE and Fuel Usage report. I was wondering if anyone has any pointers or what I need to change in ACE question.  From the Land Down Under so in  litres and kilometres.

It would be great if the Trip History report would display the local time of the asset instead of the time zone I have set for myself.  Is there a way to make it so all data is depicted in the assets time zone?

Does anyone have an easy way to print off very basic annual trips that a driver did? By basic I mean (Departure Date and Time, Destination, Return Date and Time, Hours Gone, KM Driven). A long haul driver who is gone for a week or more at a time, might only have 50 trips in a year.    In Canada a driver needs to add up how many days that he was gone from the home terminal to claim his meal allowance on his tax return. At this point our drivers have to page through 365 days of logs to get this number.
