DVIR missed inspection rule and report issue

Hi guys,I'm trying to configure a rule to put assets into business mode for trip categorization purposes. The exception is triggered but the rule itself is not applied. I've set up to put it into business mode in notification tab. All trips are still marked as "uncategorized". Is there an issue because of the Restriced data mode functionality and the business/personal mode logic does not work anymore? Thanks.Kind regards,Matej

I am facing a scalability challenge in MyGeotab. I have 11 specific vehicle groups and 10 different zone types (each zone type has its own custom speed limits).I need to trigger email alerts when a vehicle exceeds the zone's speed limit by 5 km/h. If I do this the traditional way, crossing every group with every zone type, I would end up creating 110 individual rules (11×10). This is completely unsustainable to manage.Is there a smart way using Group Hierarchy, Advanced Conditions, or Rule Distribution to solve this matrix problem without duplicating rules? How do you guys handle large-scale setups where specific groups need to respect specific custom zone limits? Thanks!

Customer would like to use the driver feedback notification option for their speeding rule. For the 10 beep option. The device will beep 10 times once the driver breaks the speed rule. If after the 10 beeps the driver is still breaking the speeding rule, will it beep 10 times again?

We had a Speeding Rule set of 10% for 20second , due to which Events were created and analysed for past months. Based on which we used to export an report on monthly basis and report to senior stakeholder. Now when we have created New rule and deleted Old rule. So we lost the opportunity to extract the report for previous month i.e. list of Events which were analysed for previous month. Is there any way we can retrieve those data or list of events which were analysed based on old speeding rule ?

I am setting up a rule with the following conditions: Speed &gt; 50 km/h AND Status Data Diagnostic 'Total Time Under Braking' &gt; 5s, but it is not returning any results. What could be causing this? Do I need to enable a specific setting or request access to this data? If so, should I reach out to Geotab Support or my Fleet Administrator? Note: The AI support provided general information about harsh braking (G-forces), but did not clarify the specific use of the 'Total Time Under Braking' diagnostic.

I am looking to confirm whether the system supports HTML formatting for notification templates, or if templates are required to be plain text only. We have created some custom HTML templates and would like to use them for compliance monitoring of pre-trip inspections.
