Anyone have Tyler Student Scanners? If so, have you had problems with new buses not wokring with the original equipment?

For example a TTU-1200 series asset tracker or a BeSol tracker from BeWhere that i own outright off contract to be added to my GeoTab portal so my driver elogs and my asset trackers use the same portal and app.

Can I add current asset trackers I own to my geotab portal?

I have the Distracted Driver exception, which lasts a little over 5 seconds without the driver looking at the road, but the Surfsight camera exception wasn't triggered. What conditions must be met to trigger the exception when the driver is distracted? Any recommendations are appreciated.

How long must an incident last for an exception to be triggered in Surfsight?

I installed a dashcam surfsight AI-12, but the PIN is not 3333 for get in settings of the dashcam

I noticed that there is a tab camera page when looking at an asset on Geotab website. I select add camera, but GoCam+ isn't an option. We currently access our cameras via the  "Add-in" Tab. This makes it a bit cumbersome to find the vehicle again on the map twice, make sure that the vehicle labels are correct, etc... Is there plans to make them seamless or should we budget on switching to a different camera down the road?  

Are there plans to have Integration of GoCam+ natively in MyGeotab?

Hello all. We are seeing Surfsight cameras rapidly going down and showing "Offline" within the last hour across every database I've checked. It's not all at once, but the cameras are going offline one after another a couple of minutes apart (or some at the same time) even when they're wired to constant hot. I've put in a ticket, but is anyone else seeing this?

Hey community,  Does anyone know if the Orbcomm trailer asset trackers have an integration with Geotab so that customers can see the trailer trips history/bread crumb trail within the Geotab map?

As far as I know, the only way to make a custom video request is to navigate to trips history and find where along the breadcrumb trail the time period you want to request.  However, we had a customer who was not aware of their Go Device not tracking for several weeks and therefore, no breadcrumb trail exists.  Luckily for this customer, the camera was recording and we were able to obtain the footage from the SD card but Geotab should make a feature in their add-in that someone can request raw files off of the SD card without the trips history bread crumb trail.

How to retrieve Camera Recordings if Geotab Device is not Communicating

I was wondering is anyone here had knowledge of an integration with SkyBitz?--and if not, would it be possible to integrate them as a third party device? Thanks
