Drive App is not saving trips when users allocate/categorise them. Also, not able to access FBT on the My Geotab site under add-ins, keep getting the spinning wheel &amp; have to do a forced shutdown.  Is there a specific security clearance that needs to be selected for users to access FBT in My Geotab? Thanks.

About a week our lease operators were all of a sudden unable to see their fleet's unit numbers in their app. Every until number says "restricted" any ideas why this happened and how we can fix it?

Geotab Drive says no connection to vehicle.

YOUR ELECTRONIC LOGGING DEVICE INCLUDES DIAGNOSTICS AND MALFUNCTIONS. YOU MAY BE NON-COMPLIANT. This is on some but not all of my tablets at other locations. When I go to see what the malfunction is, there is nothing showing on the dashboard for the truck. And I also do not know if it has anything with my other issue of the "Pending changes for this device".  So, I don't know if I need to go Geotab way or e2 way. Anyone else have this happen?
