Hello everybody, Have you ever seen this fault code? The source is the telematics device and I would like to know what it means (at first sight I think that buffer memory is not able to save more info maybe due to long period without communication or something like that)  I found two devices with this fault and they have a common symptom: frequently intermittence and if you take a look into the log &amp; data collisions you won't see ModemConnectionSuccess logs (just ModemSignalStrength/ModemManagerRetryFail logs) Is this fault related to the communication issue?Do we receive info in servers without ModemConnectionSuccess logs?What can we do to solve this? Thanks in advance, I will be reading your comments Best regards!

Circuit to interrupt<img src="/forum/plugins/gcs-uploads/files/0692J00000GgL4VQAV.png" alt="Sin título" /> If you cut the ign of the vehicle it's going to stop at the moment (even if the vehicle was driving) and if you're going to cut the start it will prevent the turn on of the vehicle.once your turn it off. Please consider that the interruption of the start it's going to be the safest option. I hope it helps, best regards!

Hello! You just have to go to Rules and groups &gt; Rules &gt; Select the desired rule and change the conditions (any change on the conditions, just to delete the created exceptions of the past, then you can return to the original conditions). And just to remind you the importance of this, all the exceptions (events or "alarms") of the rule are going be erased. If you have another question please let me know it, also, is always helpful to contact to the Geotab Support Team to check if there is another option. Best regards!
