Thank you for asking your question in our community. This fault means that either you have a loose connection or the vehicle was in a possible collision. It is typically that the device is loose and experiencing big changes in accelerometer values typically associated with an accident. I would suggest checking to see if this vehicle was in a collision and if not you may need to redo the install making sure the device cannot bounce or be bumped in its location. We suggest securing the device with a zip tie and out of the way so the driver is unable to bump it.
