I have a construction company that has contractors working on and off every month, an example, they work 2 days for my client and then they do another job for another client 1 day and then back for my client. The goal is to record only the data they work and for them to be able to turn off data capturing when they are not working for the client. How can we some how turn off and on in MyGeotab and then a report is generated for the work hours they only did for the company, we want to make this as automated as possible.

We have a Caddy connected to GO9 and it seems it is sometimes losing GPS and when looking at fault codes i can see these three messages: Telematics device fault: Collision data is unavailable for 10 minutes due to excessive logging of Collision events. If this fault occurs three consecutive times then the GO device disables logging any suspected Collisions until the device is reset. During the night the GPS signal was off for two hours between 03:00 - 05:00 and these are the faults that came later. Could there be a connection to gps?

I have a client that is requesting a report every time a vehicle has driven 1000 km. How can i setup automatic reports or emails that inform him that this vehicle just drove 1000 km from the last report. Lets say it is in 45.000 km today in MyGeotab and starting now i want to be notified when it is up to 46.000, 47.000 and so on.  The reason for this is to monitor the usage and dynamically manage the usage of the vehicles, so they have an even mileage on the fleet in the long run and not one vehicle that has went beoynd the maximum mileage before substituting it. Any ideas?

Thats exactly what were looking for. Thanks. One more question, lets say we go for geotab drive personal mode, the driver during the month sets personal mode on and off, does that mean that the data for the month is only generated from the non-personal data capturing?
