Shipment information entered by one driver is not currently visible to their co-driver, which can create a compliance risk during roadside inspections.

What’s coming?

Shipments will soon be linked directly to both the driver and the vehicle. When a co-driver takes over and logs into the same vehicle, all shipment details are automatically and instantly visible on their log. This change will eliminate the need for manual re-entry, reducing errors and saving valuable time.

Why it matters

This update is designed to make your team operations smoother and more compliant.

  • Boost compliance: By ensuring both drivers have the necessary shipping documents, you reduce the risk of costly violations and protect your safety score.
  • Streamline driver workflow: The automated workflow is more intuitive and reflects the reality of a team operation, removing a frustrating and inefficient task.
  • Increase data accuracy: Linking shipments to the vehicle provides a single, reliable record for a load's journey, leading to more accurate auditing and reporting.
Availability

The rollout for this update will begin on October 1, 2025.

✱ NOTE: During this transition, you may temporarily see duplicate shipment entries for in-progress loads. If this happens, the duplicate entry will need to be manually removed. This is a one-time effect and will not impact any future shipments.
