We are expanding Stolen Vehicle Services with Report as Stolen, a new escalation feature that will connect fleet managers directly to a 24/7 Security Operations Center when a vehicle is confirmed stolen. The SOC will coordinate with local police using live GPS data from MyGeotab, handling the law enforcement communication so fleet teams can focus on operations.

We introduced new video coaching capabilities to help fleets correct unsafe driving faster and measure real coaching impact over time. GO Talk™ delivers spoken in-cab alerts directly through the GO™ device the moment a driving rule triggers, and the new Effectiveness tab gives fleet managers a centralized view of safety improvements compared against their pre-coaching baseline.

We introduced Persistent Event Filters and GO Talk spoken in-cab alerts, letting safety managers save reusable event filters and giving drivers real-time audio feedback the moment a rule triggers.

We introduced new, granular security clearances for EV charge monitoring in MyGeotab, letting administrators control access to charging profiles and session data independently from general fleet management permissions.

We released our enhanced exception reporting experience to General Availability, giving fleet teams pre-populated dashboards with dynamic visualizations and dedicated tabs for speeding, aggressive driving, and collisions the moment they open the page.

We are retiring the legacy EV Battery Health and BEV Range Capability reports in favor of the EV Performance report, which consolidates both into a single, faster view with confidence intervals so fleet managers can act on range and battery data with greater certainty.

We extended Geotab's harsh acceleration, braking, and cornering safety rules to Ford OEM connected vehicles, giving fleet managers the same event visibility and coaching workflows GO device customers already have.

We introduced a device-level option to calculate engine hours from ignition or vehicle-active signals instead of unreliable ECU data, so customers get accurate engine hours for maintenance and billing even when raw ECU telemetry is faulty.
