About
Managing one of your fleet’s largest expenses just got easier! We’re excited to announce that our Fuel Transactions experience is moving from Open Beta to General Availability this May. This update centralizes your fuel data, eliminates the need for multiple add-ins, and provides powerful new tools to identify and reduce fuel-related losses.
The new Fuel Transactions page is now your primary hub for all fuel purchase analysis. By consolidating all transaction data—including time, location, and cost—into a single view, we’ve made reconciliation much faster. You can easily search for specific transactions by date, asset, or group, and download standard reports directly from the page.
Automatic anomaly detection
To help protect your bottom line, the platform compares transaction data against vehicle telematics to identify mismatches in fuel type, tank size, and location. These proactive alerts allow fleet managers to investigate discrepancies immediately, helping to prevent financial losses from anomalies or unauthorized spending.

Integrated fuel card management and bulk imports We have simplified how data gets into the platform. You can now configure native fuel card integrations for select US/Canada fuel cards from North American providers—such as WEX, EFS, Corpay and Voyager —directly within the Fuel Transactions page. For unsupported cards or international providers, a new native bulk import tool allows you to upload data easily without relying on external add-ins.
Flexible matching for diverse fleets Every fleet manages its fuel cards differently, so we’ve introduced flexible assignment options. You can now choose between asset-based matching for cards assigned to specific vehicles, or driver-based matching for cards carried by operators who move between different assets. This ensures your data remains accurate regardless of your operational structure.

Detailed transaction insights The new transaction details page provides a deep dive into every purchase. You can view the exact location of a transaction on a map and see it alongside the vehicle’s location history. This visual comparison makes it simple to verify if a vehicle was actually at the pump when a transaction occurred, providing clear evidence for any necessary investigations.
The Fuel Transactions feature will launch for General Availability in the first two weeks of May.
Note: With this release, the Detected Fill-ups page will no longer reference any fuel transactions, or fuel transaction based fill-ups. The same will apply for Excel reports like the Fill-ups report and the Fuel Mismatch report. Historical data will continue to be available for download, but fuel transactions will only be exclusively visible via the Fuel Transactions page. Please ensure your users have the "Administer Fuel Transactions" or "View fill-ups, EV charging history, and fuel transactions" security clearances to access these new features.
