We're evolving the MyGeotab Options page into a more comprehensive, streamlined settings experience. Instead of a single long list, you will now see a structured, tabbed layout that reduces clicks and consolidates related controls, making it easier to configure MyGeotab for different roles and regions. What's new?

By replacing the single settings list with a cleaner, tabbed structure, we've opened the door to deeper personalization and compliance controls:

  • Organized, tabbed layout: Navigate between Main Settings, Notifications, and Beta Features in a single, structured view.
  • Richer personalization: Upload a profile photo for clearer driver identification and set any page, including third-party Add-Ins, as your default landing page.
  • Smarter regional settings: Manage measurement units and time zones once, with site-wide consistency and dynamic page updates.
  • Granular notification controls: Subscribe to maintenance notifications and service disruption alerts directly in MyGeotab, and use the new Beta Features enrollment toggle to manage all beta features at once.
  • Built-in privacy and compliance: Access the Osano cookie manager and manage SMS opt-ins directly in Options to support global privacy requirements.
Why it matters

This redesign gives every user a clear, role-appropriate view of their settings with self-service controls that scale globally. Centralized notification management reduces alert fatigue, while built-in compliance tools help organizations meet privacy regulations without additional configuration outside of MyGeotab.

Availability

The redesigned Options page rollout will begin at the end of April 2026.
