Preparing for audits or maintaining physical records often requires printing hard copies of vehicle inspections. Previously, administrators had to select and print these reports one by one, which was a time-consuming task for large fleets.

You can now select up to 50 inspections directly from the main Inspections report page. Once selected, a Mass print button becomes active at the top of the page. Clicking this button compiles all selected reports into a single, downloadable PDF file.

This feature significantly reduces the administrative burden of audit preparation and record-keeping. Instead of manually processing individual files, you can now batch your work and retrieve the documentation you need in seconds.
