We are excited to announce the latest feature updates coming soon for GO Focus Plus and Video Coaching. Coming in March, we are introducing three enhancements focused on identity verification and driver empowerment:

• Continuous driver verification: Smart Driver ID now performs passive, ongoing facial analysis throughout every trip. If the system detects a driver swap, it automatically re-identifies the new driver and updates records within minutes to eliminate unauthorized driver risks.
• Driver score in mobile app: The Drive app now displays safety scores, historical trends, and event rates directly to drivers. This transparency encourages proactive, self-driven improvement without requiring constant managerial intervention.
• Smart rules escalation: You can now maximize managerial efficiency by distinguishing between minor incidents and persistent patterns of non-compliance. By empowering drivers to self-correct their behaviors before an event is logged, fleets can reduce noise from low-value incidents and focus coaching on the repeat offenders who need it most.

We are also working on several upcoming features to further streamline your operations and improve context:

• Smart speeding: This feature will automatically record speed limit signs to provide definitive context on speed compliance.
• Selective unblur: This update provides the flexibility to unblur previously recorded footage when high-clarity detail is required for specific investigations.
• Smart installation reports: Automated reviews of dashcam mounting and orientation will ensure a perfect field of view every time a device is installed.

These updates shift the focus from reactive monitoring to proactive coaching and automated accuracy. By providing drivers with direct access to their performance data and ensuring that every mile is attributed to the correct person, fleets build a culture of accountability and trust. The escalation logic ensures that managers only spend time on the most critical safety risks, making the entire coaching workflow more sustainable.
