• Rule-based triggers: Set up specific rules, such as low tire pressure or critical engine faults, to generate a work request the moment a condition is met.
• Seamless integration: The process uses the existing rules engine you are already familiar with, making it easy to incorporate into your current workflows.
• Elimination of manual steps: By automating the link between a rule violation and a maintenance action, you remove the need for managers to manually identify issues and then navigate to the maintenance module to create a request.

This automation minimizes the time a vehicle spends operating with a known issue. By reducing the administrative burden on fleet managers, you ensure that critical repairs are prioritized and documented immediately.
