We are graduating the new redesigned Exceptions page in MyGeotab from Beta to the new default view. This new page offers a more streamlined and efficient way to explore and manage your fleet's events and introduces three key improvements to your workflow:

  • Significantly faster performance: We have optimized the page to reduce loading times, especially for users managing high volumes of exceptions.
  • Redesigned interface: A refreshed look with intuitive navigation makes it easy to move between summarized views and specific event details.
  • Time zone accuracy: All event timestamps now automatically appear in the corresponding device or driver's local time zone, eliminating confusion and improving data accuracy.

Why it matters

These enhancements are designed to boost productivity and reduce risk by providing trustworthy, easy-to-access data.

  • Faster management: Reduced loading times and smoother transitions allow fleet managers to review and act on exceptions in a fraction of the time.
  • Enhanced clarity and consistency: Displaying timestamps in the local time zone helps boost accuracy and remove ambiguity when reviewing driver and device events across different regions.
  • Streamlined experience: The new interface helps you zero in on the critical data points that matter most to your fleet's safety and productivity.
