We will be launching the ability to delete specific video footage associated with events for the GO Focus camera.

Previously, managing sensitive or unnecessary video required complex workarounds with user clearances. Soon, authorized users will be able to remove video files directly, ensuring that sensitive content is handled appropriately without the need for manual intervention from support teams.

Note: This update is only applicable to GO Focus cameras and is not currently available for GO Focus Plus cameras.

Authorized users will be able to navigate to a specific event within the fleet management application and choose to delete the attached video. Deleting the video will not remove the event record itself. The telematics data remains intact for your reporting, while the video file is permanently removed from the platform.

To ensure data integrity and security, this feature will be restricted to users with Admin clearance and the specific Delete recorded video permission. This update will empower administrators to respond quickly to privacy concerns or sensitive incidents, helping your team maintain a high standard of data privacy and operational focus.

This feature will be available to all users starting in February, 2026.
