Hi, I wanted to activate facial recognition through gofocus, but it doesn't get saved in the database. Can you help me by letting me know if there's any problem?

Hey @Cristian.hdz.Prime24 , I am not sure if this is the case but did you happen to sign off on the 'Acknowledgement' prior to saving it?

@msmith-8610 hi, Yes, even after signing the acknowledgment, the settings don't save
