@Cristian.hdz.Prime24 Thank for tagging me in here.
Hey @KKilp-3832 This doesn't look like a bug we have discovered and would like to look at your database to see how we can reproduce the error and get it fixed. If you can make a support ticket about ti so we can investigate it further that would be awesome. Let me know if you need any help making a support ticket. I am happy to help!
The straight or dotted black lines indicate that the GO device isn't consistently recording the GPS location. This could be due to: 1. Installation: The device might be blocked or poorly installed. 2. Environmental factors: Bad weather or areas with weak GPS signal. 3. Service plan: If you're using a basic plan (like Ford Basic), this is normal.
@Cristian.hdz.Prime24 Hi Christian, thanks for the response.
There's nothing wrong with the GPS location, the symbol for the vehicle is accurate. It's just the label for the vehicle that's being pulled off the map for some reason. It's sporadic, and comes and goes.
This is not normal - I've never seen it before.
Actually, it's just the black box and line to the black label box that's off screen - the white letters from the label are in the correct place if you look closely:
A few seconds later it's back again:
@KKilp-3832 Hi, can you check on the map if you have any settings applied in the label view?
@Cristian.hdz.Prime24 as in filters? This is it:
If you mean saved views, I'm using Labels (Default)
@EishiFUN Can you help us out with this topic?

@EishiFUN Thank you - looks like I open a help chat for a support ticket?
@KKilp-3832 Yes you can make a support ticket that way. You can also reference this discussion if you would like and mention my name and the support agent you talk to can reach out to me if they have any questions.
