Activity and Trips Summary report

The Activity and Trips Summary report provides a high-level overview of your assets’ trips.

Summarizing your trips history gives you a clear view of your fleet’s activity. This helps you quickly spot trends and make better use of your assets..

You can access the Activity and Trips Summary report by clicking Summary in the Map toolbar.

The report lists the distance driven, driving time, stopped time, and idling time for each asset or driver included in your filters.

Viewing the Activity and Trips Summary report

Learn how to view a summary of your assets’ activity using the Activity and Trips Summary report.

  1. Navigate to Productivity > Trips History in the main menu.
  2. Click the Summary button.
  3. Under Filters:
    1. Select a date range for your data.
    2. Select whether you want to include archived data.
    3. Select whether you want to view your report by Asset or Driver.
    4. Choose whether or not you want to ignore stops under a specified number of minutes.
    5. Select how you want to run the report.
    6. Choose whether or not you want to hide rows with zero distance.
    7. Click Apply.
  4. View the report in the format of your choice:
    • To download the report, click the Report icon and select the format of your choice.
    • To prepare a PDF copy of the report for download, click the Report icon. Select the More actions menu for the format of your choice and click Prepare PDF.
    • To view the report directly in the application, click the Report icon. Select the More actions menu for the format of your choice and click View in browser.
You can return to the Trips History page by clicking the Detail button.
