Viewing the Violations report

Learn how to view and review the Violations report in MyGeotab to identify HOS violations across your fleet.

  1. Navigate to in the main menu.
  3. Under Filters:
    1. Select the date period for your data: Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, or Custom.
    2. Select the Driver to filter by.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. View the report in the format of your choice:
    • To download the report, click the Report icon and select the format of your choice.
    • To prepare a PDF copy of the report for download, click the Report icon. Select the More actions menu for the format of your choice and click Prepare PDF.
    • To view the report directly in the application, click the Report icon. Select the More actions menu for the format of your choice and click View in browser.

Depending on the size of your report, it may take some time to generate. Navigate to Reports > My Reports to view its status.
