HOS Logs report

Use the HOS Logs report in MyGeotab to view and review Hours of Service logs for any driver in your fleet.

The HOS Logs report allows you to view HOS logs for any driver in your fleet. Use the Options button to filter by driver and time period, or create a custom time period using the date pickers. To view modifications and other logs, select Additional logs. Toggle Graph or List to set the default view.

Note:

The HOS Logs report does not display archived drivers.

Note:

Date information on HOS logs is displayed in the driver's time zone, which may differ from the administrator's time zone.

By default, the driver's HOS logs are listed per vehicle. Exemptions used for a log are indicated with an abbreviation, HOS violations are indicated with a red warning, and ruleset changes are shown alongside other logs.

Note:

HOS logs can only be moved between co-drivers. When administrators reassign HOS logs, both users must accept the change for the reassignment to take effect.
