Dispatching locations to assets

Learn how to dispatch a location to an asset.

  1. Navigate to the Map in the main menu.
  2. Select the asset you want to dispatch a location to from the list, or use the Search bar to locate it.
  3. Select More > Dispatch asset.

  4. Add a destination to dispatch to the asset. Destinations can be zones or addresses.
  5. Add a message to the dispatch by clicking + Attach message.
  6. Add subsequent destinations by clicking Add destination.
  7. Click Send message.
Your selected location will be dispatched to the asset you selected.

Dispatching vehicles to a location on the Map

Learn how to dispatch a vehicle to a real-world location using the Map.

  1. Navigate to the Map in the main menu.
  2. Click the Map where you want to dispatch a vehicle and select Dispatch vehicle here.
  3. Select the asset or user you want to send the dispatch location to.
    Note: The search filter automatically opens on the Asset tab. To select a user, first click the User tab.
  4. Click Compose message.

  5. Add a message to your dispatch.
  6. Click Send.
Your selected location will be dispatched to the asset or user you selected.
