Dispatching locations to assets

Learn how to dispatch a location to an asset.

  1. Navigate to the Map in the main menu.
  2. Select an asset from the list, or use the Search bar to locate it.
  3. Select More > Dispatch asset.

  4. Add a destination for the asset. Destinations can be zones or addresses.
  5. Add a message to the dispatch by clicking + Attach message.
  6. Add subsequent destinations by clicking Add destination.
  7. Click Send message.
The system will dispatch the specified location to the asset.

Dispatching vehicles to a location on the Map

Learn how to dispatch a vehicle to a real-world location using the Map.

  1. Navigate to the Map in the main menu.
  2. Click the Map where you want to dispatch a vehicle and select Dispatch vehicle here.
  3. Select the asset or user you want to send the dispatch location to.
    Note: The search filter automatically opens on the Asset tab. To select a user, first click the User tab.
  4. Click Compose message.

  5. Add a message to your dispatch.
  6. Click Send.
The system will dispatch your selected location to the asset or user.
