Geotab Ace overview

Learn what Geotab Ace does and how to identify whether you are using Ace V2 or Ace V3.

Geotab Ace is an AI assistant in MyGeotab. Ask questions about your fleet in natural language and get answers from fleet data. Ace supports people across your organization, from everyday MyGeotab users to executives. Ace V3 can also explain causes, suggest next steps, create reports, maps, and charts, and make changes after you approve them.

Identifying your Ace version

Geotab is releasing Ace V3 in phases. During the rollout, your organization may use Ace V2 or Ace V3.

  • Ace V2 displays Ask your question here in the message box.

  • Ace V3 displays Ask Ace. The first time you open Ace V3, it also displays the Before you use Geotab Ace notice.

You can also ask Ace which version it is using.
