Changing your ruleset

How to change your cycle/ruleset in Geotab Drive.

If enabled by your admin, you can choose your active ruleset. If this is not enabled, you will need to contact your admin to change your ruleset for you.
  1. Tap HOS on the main dashboard and then choose the Status tab near the top of the HOS page.
  2. Tap the pencil icon next to your currently active ruleset on the availability card (for example, USA 60-hour/7-day in the screenshot above).
  3. On the Change ruleset page, you will see a list of your recently used rulesets. You can tap Show all to see a list of all rulesets available to you. Tap the ruleset you want to use.
  4. Once you select a ruleset, you will be shown an Availability preview that shows your re-calculated availability for the new ruleset. Review it carefully and then tap Change ruleset to continue.
The app updates your active ruleset, and your most recent log is updated to show the ruleset was changed.
