Adding shipments

How to manage shipments in Geotab Drive.

You can attach or remove shipments while working in Geotab Drive. This can be done at the start of your day while logging in, at any time while logged in from the main dashboard, and at the end of your day while logging out.
  1. Shipments are managed from the Assets page, which is shown when logging in/out while using HOS, or can be accessed at any time from the main dashboard by tapping the Assets card.
  2. On the Assets page, add a shipment by tapping the + next to shipments, as shown above. Enter the Shipper name, the Commodity, and Shipment document number and then tap Add.
  3. Remove a shipment by tapping the X next to an existing shipment.
  4. Once you're done adding or removing shipments, tap Save and continue to either continue logging in/out, or go back to the dashboard, depending on how you got to the Assets page.
