Routes Add-In

An overview of the Routes Add-In for Geotab Drive.

The Routes Add-In for Geotab Drive helps drivers efficiently manage their assigned routes, see their scheduled routes on a map, and view any changes made to their routes by their fleet manager or admin.

All route-related information in Geotab Drive is synced with any changes made in MyGeotab. This ensures that both drivers and their fleet managers/admins always have the most up-to-date information.

The Routes Add-In is accessed by tapping the Routes tile on the main dashboard. The Add-In is organized into these tabs:
  • Stops, where you can see information about your scheduled stops, and see the stops on a map.

  • Summary, where you can see various route metrics in real time.

  • Past, where you can see information about past trips.

Stops

What you can do on the Stops tab of the Routes Add-In for Geotab Drive.

The Stops tab of the Routes Add-In shows information about your assigned stops, and can also show all your assigned stops on a map.

Under the Stops heading, you'll see the following information:

  • Time Window – What time the vehicle should be arriving at the stop.

  • Arrival Time (Estimated) – The estimated time of arrival.

  • Duration – How long the vehicle stayed at the stop.

  • Notes – Any notes sent to you by your dispatcher or fleet manager.

Switch between detailed, list, and schedule views by tapping one of the three icons at the top right of the Stops tab.

Tap Map View to see all assigned stops as a continuous route on a map:
