Warnings
WARNING! Some installations are not straightforward and must be completed by an Authorized Installer to ensure a secure installation. Some examples requiring professional installation from an Authorized Installer are if the device may not be fully secured and could vibrate loose, get knocked or if the installer questions their ability to complete a secure installation according to these instructions.

WARNING! The magnets are strong and may cause harm if mishandled. Always slide the magnets when trying to separate or join them to avoid personal injury or damage.

NOTE! Always get permission before you drill, and inspect the area to ensure no adjacent equipment will sustain any damage.

Add assets
In MyGeotab, add your GO Anywhere devices using the provided link: https://my.geotab.com/#addAssets
Activate
Ensure you are outside, then remove the magnetic strip. The LED will flash.
NOTE: If activation is unsuccessful, the device will automatically retry. You can manually force a retry by re-applying the magnetic strip and leaving in place for 5 seconds to initiate a health check or communication. The activation should take 3-5 minutes.
| Flashing green: Activation in progress Do not touch or move the device. |
| Solid green: Activation successful No action required. |
| Flashing red: Activation failed Contact support. |
| Solid red: Activation failed Check temperature and cell network - then retry. (operating range: -40 to +60°C). Re-try activation:

Mount
Place the device in its desired location using either the provided screws or magnets. Ideal mounting location should have a clear view of the sky with minimal metal obstruction.

Validate
Validate your device using the Geotab installation tool. Navigate to https://install.geotab.com/
