When I create a rule in myGeotab that requires video evidence with the Go Focus Plus, when I select the option to obtain video evidence of the event, a message appears indicating that the GFP automatically sets the video length based on the duration of the event and does not consider the media upload settings. Just to understand this, if there is an exception with a very long duration, is the entire event recorded and sent, or is only part of the evidence considered? And in the case of shorter events, such as rough driving, is the event duration reduced only to the time of the exception? Hello! It's possible that the fleet or device administrator has changed the default PIN, which should indeed be 3333 according to the user guide (<a href="https://kb.surfsight.net/hc/en-us/articles/360019637600-Set-and-manage-your-dashcam-PIN" target="_blank">https://kb.surfsight.net/hc/en-us/articles/360019637600-Set-and-manage-your-dashcam-PIN</a>). However, there is a PIN that is typically used by default for drivers, according to official documentation, which is 2112.
