Hi, I downloaded a video from an event recorded with a Go Focus camera, and I noticed that the audio is not available. Is there any way to tell if it's a device error?

Thank you for asking your question in our community. Its hard to say exactly what went wrong here without digging into it a little more. We would want to investigate it with support and see if we can find the root cause. I would only be guessing if I tried to diagnose it here so I think it would be best to make a ticket with support and have them take a look at it.
